This will open a window where you can modify your installed programs - find the option for "Adobe Acrobat Reader" and then click the "Add/Remove" or "Change/Remove" button. Here, find and double-click on "Add/Remove Programs". To do this, go to the "START" Menu on your system, and choose the Control Panel (this is under "Settings" unless you have Windows XP).
